The older brother “SHISH”

This beautiful fella is Shish. He is a 7 year old part Main Coone and part Norwegian Forest Cat. Isn’t he a beauty? We think so!

He is the best kitty cat, but I'm sure every cat person say the same about their kitty cat 😁.

Anyways, a little history on how we got Shish. We adopted him from a veterinary clinic near where I used to work. I become close with one the ladies who worked at the clinic as we were working together on a fund raiser. One day I stopped by after my shift to bring our contributions and she said “ Do you want to see something?” She brings out this tiny little thing out of the back room. He was precious! I held him for a few minutes and gently pet him as he snuggled up to me and gave me a silent meow😸I loved him at that very moment😻. The nice lady then asked the question ❓ that I thought I didn't want to hear “ Do you want him?”. In my head 💭 I said to myself, “of course I want him, but how?”. Before heading home I texted my husband and told him about Shish but didn't tell him he was available for adoption, his response was “bring him home”. It was what I needed to want him even more.

We waited a few days and we finally brought him home 🏠.

Shish is a very cool, dog like cat. He is a little shy and usually hides when people come over to our house but to us he’s a gentleman.

He was curious about Cub right away. He was very patient and didn't even hit Cub until after day 3 😸. Now they are getting closer every day. It's really cute to see them develop their friends.

Shish' favorite things to do is hanging out by the windows, napping on our bed, eating his food and all sorts of snacks (he LOVES 🍨) and playing with Cub.
